Did you make any? Are you still on track? I didn’t make any resolutions, but as some have said, the New Year is the perfect time to start a new you. It’s like a reset, a recalibration.
Sure, it’s my aim to do better, to lose weight, to continue to grow spiritually. But, if I don’t set specific goals, I probably will not.
While I didn’t start on January 1st, who’s to say that I cannot start now? You can too!
So, here are some of the things I will aim for:
I will try to be kind and gracious in my speech.
I will increase, well, restart my physical activity, doing 1 hour of cardio 4 – 5 days a week. Somehow, I fell off from my regular routine in October.
I will look for, and take advantage of opportunities to share the gospel. For this, I have to also pray for the courage.
What about you?
If you are still on track, congratulations! Feel free to share what keeps you going.
If not, how about a reset?
I don’t think I’ve ever made a resolution for the New Year. But, I am always striving to be the best I can be in all areas of my life.

Amen. It’s a daily refresh. We confess our sins and he cleanses us from all unrighteousness.

I made no resolutions, simply reset my button and continuing from where I stopped.

I am still deciding what I plan to resolve. One thing I intend to do is to live with intention. Currently working on a post about it. I just can’t seem to narrow down my goals. Whatever I decide, I will write down or I will forget. Lol! Some resolve! Huh?

Yes it’s not easy, as I sit here still in my PJs on this gloomy day, after just eating some brownies. I think I have my first two, but getting back into my cardio groove.
