Yes that was my response – Are You Kidding Me? – when I heard that Dr. Ben Carson will be endorsing Donald Trump. Now I perfectly understood Governor Christie jumping on the Trump bandwagon, they appear to be cut from the same cloth, bullies, but Dr. Carson? I didn’t see that coming.

Now I am hardly a fan of Dr. Ben Carson, for he too has said some rather outlandish statements like comparing the Affordable Care Act to slavery. But I did give him the benefit of the doubt. It was certainly misplaced.

Has he been following the craziness surrounding Trump? Inside Edition reports on just what happened at a Trump rally where a protester is punched by a supporter.

This YouTube video clip is just the most recent craziness that might be seen at a Trump rally. He incites this type of behavior in people. I haven’t been this alarmed since the days of Governor Sarah Palin,  GOP Vice-Presidential nominee to GOP Presidential Nominee Senator John McCain. Her speeches always incited that same sort of mentality – near riot, seemingly much to Senator McCain’s chagrin.

I really am not getting it. What is it with Trump? Given his antics, is this who we see as someone we would like our kids to imitate? Is this who we see as our next President?

He gives no details on how he will get Mexico to build the wall, or how he would get 11,000 illegal immigrants deported, other than good management, and yet this appears to be sufficient. The people trust that he will do everything he has promised because he is not a politician and he is viewed as a successful businessman. That’s good enough.

I don’t know. I have never seen anyone as egocentric as he. Everything he does is always the best. All the polls love him. He is a great unifier. Really?

Okay, enough of the ranting.  I really could go on and on, but….
