I can wear a mask, or I can pretend but I know that without a doubt he knows, God knows the real me. There is absolutely nothing hidden from him. So, there is no reason for me to avoid confessing my sin before him, for he already knows. In that, is my healing, my redemption through Christ.
O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me. 2 Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising; thou understandest my thought afar off. 3. Thou coompassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways. 4. For there is not a word in my tongue, but lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether. 5. Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me. 6. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it. Psalm 139:1-6 KJV
The whole of Psalm 139 is worth reading, for it declares that it is God who formed us, created us, and that we are fearfully and wonderfully made.
Have a great Sunday!
He sure sees all things. Wearing a mask is just a total waste. His Grace is all we need

Its amazing how many of us will try to hide things from others, forgetting that God sees all anyway, and that we can never hide from Him.

Excellent Sunday thoughts to meditate upon! It makes sense…here’s the connection, if (and He did!) He knew us before we were born, He would certainly know us yesterday, today and tomorrow! As I continue my walk of faith, I feel God guiding me to be a more authentic and honest person. There is freedom in this! We all put on our masks in various situations. I am learning, the fewer masks I have, the better for me and the people I meet. Thank you so much for sharing your walk of faith! Great post
